Declaration of Protective Covenants and Bylaws
To protect your investment and to maximize civic spirit, Pronghorn Meadows is governed by community covenants and an Homeowners Association board. Pronghorn Meadows covenants apply equally to every homeowner/lot owner. At the time of the closing of your property, you should receive a copy of the community covenants. A link is provided below for your review and inspection.

Design and Architectural Submissions
Prior to building a new structure, modifying the exterior of an existing structure, or making changes/additions to your landscaping, you must obtain approval from the Pronghorn Meadows Design Committee. Please consult the Pronghorn Meadows Design Guide/New Home Application as well as the Declaration Of Protective Covenants and the Rules and Regulations. If employing an architect, design consultant or landscaping engineer you must provide a copy of these documents to said professional(s). A completed new home application must be included with your submission.
NOTE: Changes made by a homeowner or builder after approval of the original plan submission must be detailed and re-submitted in advance to the Pronghorn Meadows Design Committee for consideration and re-approval prior to implementing said changes. Submissions must include actual physical sample(s) of any exterior building material, paint or stain color, and stone work.

Covenants and Rules Declaration To Accompany All Submissions To The Design Committee
Pronghorn Meadows is governed by certain Covenants, Rules and Regulations designed to ensure the integrity of our community for all residents. These Covenants, Rules and Regulations are enforced fairly, without preference or prejudice. It is important for all homeowners, lot holders and newcomers alike to be aware of the guidelines that govern our community.
Please review, sign and return the attached document with your submission to the Pronghorn Meadows Homeowners Association Design Committee. Prior to submission, we encourage you to read all referenced documentation, conveniently accessible on this website page.
Please note: plans intended for Design Committee review and approval will not be considered if this document is not signed and included with your submission.

Rules and Regulations
In addition to private lots, Pronghorn Meadows has several community properties held in joint trust by all lot owners. These include a Clubhouse, an Equestrian Center and a storage lot for recreational vehicles and trailers. Rules and regulations governing these facilities and other concerns are described in the following documents

Agreements
Use of the Equestrian Center, Clubhouse and Storage Facilities is covered by the agreements included below. Prior to use of these resources, please print a copy of the relevant document(s) and submit same to PronghornMeadows@gmail.com for approval.
Upon approval of your request, payment will be due as applicable.
